Samurai Vengeance is operated by Billfiti Studios. This policy explains what the game stores, why, and how to get it back or get rid of it.
If you play as a guest: nothing leaves your device. Progress is kept in your browser's local storage and we never see it.
If you create an account: email address, display name, gameplay statistics (stage reached, kills, playtime, coins earned, combo scores) and device type.
We do not collect or store payment card information at any point. See Payments below.
We do not sell your data to third parties, ever.

Each of these operates under its own privacy policy, which applies to the data it handles.
Purchases are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout pages. Your card details are entered on Stripe's domain and are never transmitted to or stored by us. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the email address you gave Stripe, so the purchase can be attached to your account.
The game may display advertising to players without a Premium purchase. Advertising partners may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure and serve ads. Premium removes advertising entirely.
We use your browser's local storage to remember your consent choice and your local game progress. We set no first-party tracking cookies of our own.
You may request an export of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or complete deletion of your account and everything attached to it, at any time. Both export and deletion are available in the game under Profile → Delete Account, or by email.
Account data is retained while the account is active. On deletion, all associated database records are permanently removed within 30 days.
Accounts are not intended for children under 13 (under 16 in the EU and EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children below those ages. The game is playable as a guest with no data collection at all.
