These terms cover your use of Samurai Vengeance, operated by Billfiti Studios. Playing as a guest requires no agreement; creating an account means accepting what follows.

You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the EU and EEA, to register an account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person.
Exploiting bugs or using third-party tools to manipulate the leaderboard is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension without notice.
In-app purchases are non-refundable except where refunds are required by consumer law in your jurisdiction. The Season Pass renews monthly until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for loss of game progress, though we will give reasonable notice of a permanent shutdown where we can.
All game content — artwork, code, audio and design — is owned by Billfiti Studios. You may not reproduce, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the game.
